Creating Northampton's leading handyman service

DJP Handyman Services was established in 2018 by David Percival.


David is a family member of ours, so he asked Marketing for Tradesmen to help him establish and grow the business online.


And the results have been impressive.


The brief


The brief was to support the launch of a new local handyman business, by creating an online presence that helped get new customers and encourage repeat custom.


There was also a need for ongoing support with complete website and social media management, including responding to customer enquiries.

More than five years on from launch, DJP Handyman Services is now a successfully established business and our partnership continues. The DJP work diary is, and has always been, booked up - often a month or two in advance.


DJP Handyman's Google Business profile ranks number one for the local handyman search in Northampton, and the DJP website ranks on page one of Google for ‘Northampton Handyman’.



The DJP Handyman Services social media pages have 700+ followers, with a 5* review rating on Facebook. DJP is also in the top three best rated handymen in the county, with Three Best Rated local directory.



After continued success, our relationship developed beyond just marketing.

 

To ensure Dave can focus on keeping customers happy, we have total management of DJP’s inboxes across website, social media and email, and book appointments directly into the DJP work diary.
